Recently, in order to enrich the employees' spare time and enhance team cohesion, Energy Steel Industrial Co.,ltd organized outstanding employees to go to Xishuangbanna, which is full of exotic customs, and started a unique team travel activity.
When the plane slowly landed at the airport in Xishuangbanna, the employees were attracted by the unique tropical scenery. The blue sky and white clouds and lush green plants seemed to bring everyone into a natural oxygen bar. During the 5-day trip, the team visited many famous attractions. In the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, everyone explored various tropical rare flowers together; in the primeval forest, everyone experienced the unique scenery of the tropical rainforest. In the Wild Elephant Valley, everyone was excited and curious, chasing the traces of wild elephants, and observing the living habits of these behemoths up close. The employees sighed at the magic and beauty of nature.
When you come to Xishuangbanna, you can't miss the Dai Garden. Here, employees put on bright Dai costumes, experienced the joyful atmosphere of the Water Splashing Festival, splashed water on each other to bless each other, and the laughter and screams intertwined, sweeping away the pressure of work on weekdays. Everyone also visited the traditional Dai architecture, learned about its unique folk culture, and deeply felt the charm of ethnic minority culture.
This trip to Xishuangbanna not only allowed employees to relax their bodies and minds and appreciate the beautiful mountains and rivers of the motherland, but also brought employees closer together and laid a solid foundation for future work collaboration.
