How to distinguish precision seamless steel pipes from common seamless steel pipes?

Date:2023-02-02View:308Tags:precision seamless steel pipe
1.The raw material of precision seamless steel pipe is stainless steel tube billet, which is a finished stainless steel seamless pipe after cold drawing or cold rolling, annealing and pickling. The main feature of industrial grade stainless steel seamless pipe is that it has no weld seam and can withstand a lot of pressure. Moreover, after solution treatment (that is, annealing treatment), the steel pipe can be bent and reamed.

2. In recent years, precision seamless steel pipe products have strict requirements on the dimensional tolerance of the inner hole and outer wall, and have high requirements on the surface finish of the steel pipe.

In addition, precision seamless steel pipes have the following characteristics:

1) The outer diameter is small. Generally speaking, the outer diameter of precision seamless steel pipes is above 6mm. We  can produce steel pipes with an outer diameter of 6 to 133 mm.

2)High precision, can be produced in small batches. The minimum order quantity of precision seamless steel pipe produced  is 500 kg, and special sizes and requirements can also be customized. The precision seamless steel pipes produced can meet the special requirements of different users.

3)The precision degree of precision seamless steel pipe is relatively high, and the tolerance of the inner hole and outer diameter of the steel pipe is generally controlled within the 6-603-5 line.

4)The surface finish of the precision seamless steel pipe is good, the inner and outer surface finish of the tube is Ra0.8m, the wall thickness can be made into 0.5mm, and the inner and outer surface finish of the polished tube can reach Ra0.2-0.4m (such as mirror surface).
