Precision steel pipes are a kind of high-precision steel pipes material which are processed by cold drawing or hot rolling. Because the inner and outer walls of precision steel pipes have no oxide layer, high pressure without leakage, high precision, high smoothness, cold bending without deformation, flaring, flattening without cracks, etc., they are mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as cylinders or cylinders. The precision steel pipes can be broadly categorized into two types:


1. Seamless Precision Steel Pipe: This type of precision steel pipe is made from solid round steel billet which is heated and pushed or pulled over a form until the steel is shaped into a hollow tube. It is widely used in industries such as mechanical structures, automotive parts, hydraulic equipment and so on.


2. Welded Precision Steel Pipe: This type of precision steel pipe is made by rolling plate and welding the seam. It is cheaper than seamless precision steel pipe and does not require any filler material for the welding process. It is commonly used in applications like water and gas conveyance, boiler and heat exchanger applications, architectural and construction uses, etc.


In addition, precision steel pipes can also be classified according to their material, such as carbon steel precision pipe, alloy steel precision pipe, stainless steel precision pipe, etc. They are used in different fields due to their different characteristics. For example, stainless steel precision pipes are often used in food industry, medical equipment, and other places that require high sanitary conditions.
